Online Directory of Grove Congregation
The directory of the Grove Congregation contains contact information for church members and regular attendees. Viewing the Directory requires a Directory Key. Modifying your Family’s information requires a Directory Key plus User ID and password.
To obtain the Directory Key or a User ID please contact the Office at Office@GroveChurch.org or call the church office at at 610.696.2663.
How do I access the directory?
Go to: Grove Members Directory and then enter the “Directory ID”.
This takes you to the Grove United Methodist Church Directory
Select to view the Directory as either:
- Families: displays all individuals in the family.
- Individuals: displays all persons with their phone number and email .
What if I don’t have a computer?
If you do not have online capabilities (computers, tablets, or smartphones) contact the church office at 610.696.2663 or Office@GroveChurch.org to request a hard copy of the directory, update your information or add a picture.
How secure is this information?
The Directory uses secure Servant Keeper® software.
Your basic profile can be viewed by all with authorized access to the Directory, including your home address, email address(s) and phone number(s).
Only you have access to update information using your personal login. This will give you the ability to update your family’s profile, add a picture, and revise your personal information.
Note: Giving history is never shown in the Directory.
Grove’s Policy for the Church Directory
The Grove Directory is intended to be used by the congregation for planning and connecting with other members of the congregation. This Directory is not to be used for any marketing, commercial, solicitation, political or unethical use. Sharing this information in bulk is prohibited either electronically or in paper form.
We ask that each person using this directory respect the privacy inherent in the information contained therein. Grove has no direct control over how this directory is used; we rely on the integrity of each user to follow this policy.

Membership
Grove Church welcomes people into membership in the Body of Christ.
Persons interested in membership can join the Pastor at a coffee get-together held at least quarterly. Visitors and churchgoers will have the opportunity to learn more about the church and church membership. Interested persons can attend several classes where they learn about

Review the beliefs of a United Methodist Christian.
Meaning of membership.
New members are received into the church during a Sunday morning worship service they normally attend.

CONFIRMATION
The Confirmation service is held each year in June. Grove Church encourages active participation by the congregation in the activities of the church during and following the Confirmation service.
The service is a joyful celebration of a person’s choice to publicly profess his or her faith and take the vows of membership.
